The Diprofil name is well known by toolmakers for the original reciprocating filing machine.
Conventional units will fit various flexible drive systems whilst, the other units have their own inbuilt electric or air motors. To compliment this range Diprofil also produce rotary air and electric handpieces and a very wide range of tools and accessories.

The Original Diprofil Filing Machine for flexible shaft drive

Available for connection to Slip joint (FPB and FPK) or Ball joint flexible shafts. Ball joint (American model, connecting sleeve, key hole (FPC and FPS) or square hole (FPH). The machines can be supplied with two different tool holders: standard 3,5mm dia. or heavy duty 6,5mm dia. For better comfort, each model is available with an ergonomic rubber sleeve (R). The Original Diprofil Filing Machine is also available with an integrated micromotor. If required, all models have the possibility of air cooling through a thin air tube, connected to a nipple on the machine housing.

The air-driven Diprofil Filing Machine, FPD,FPL

Based on the original Diprofil Filing Machine driven by a specially developed 18-cylinder radial piston type air motor with integrated speed regulator. The machine is available with the same tool holders as described above.

The airdriven Diprofil Rotary Handpiece, HPL

Driven by the same type of air motor as the filing machine but with integrated right and left handed direction of rotation control. The Diprofil Handpiece is also available with integrated micromotor (HPN).

Important The Dipro-fog MFB package

Consists of air filter, regulator, manometer and fog lubricating device, all in one, with tubing and Dipro-fog oil (MFA-K). The air motors for filing and rotary handpieces are manufactured with a very high level of accuracy and require lubricated and filtered air (5µ) to obtain a long and trouble-free lifetime. Each airdriven machine requires a quick coupling, type HSL-M as well as a fog lubricating device, type Dipro-fog MFB to ensure efficient lubrication at all times.

The Diprofil Ultrasonic System for finishing and polishing

Diprosonic automatically finds the right frequency for each tool. No adjustment for resonance is necessary. Diprosonic also switches into stand-by mode when contact is broken between the tool and the workpiece. This reduces the heat build-up in the tool.

Diprofil Mini Filing Machine

A completely new system for working on difficult surfaces. Low weight and a thorough ergonomic design results in a more effective finishing and polishing work, especially in narrow and confined surfaces.

Diprofil Transverse Mini Filing Machine

A new Mini Filing Machine with a transverse movement for working on difficult surfaces, especially suitable on narrow shoulders. Variable stroke 0-4 mm, easy adjustable by a hexagon key. The small and handy dimensions improves control and effectiveness for polishing and finishing work. The Diprofil Transverse Mini Filing Machine comes in various versions for connection to the most common micromotors and flexible shafts.
